Council is
presided over by five Council Members, three of whom are
elected in even-numbered years and two in odd-numbered
years. Council meetings are open to the public and held
on the third Wednesday at 7:30 PM in the Council Chambers.
City
Hall
is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. until 4:30 p.m.
Utility payments may be dropped in the outdoor mailbox on
the east side of City Hall.
Architectural
Review Committee
meets on Wednesday when scheduled by the Building Official to
review plans for new construction, exterior alterations and/or
additions, before a permit is issued.

meets when scheduled by the City Manager's Office, on written
request from a resident or business seeking a variance or
special exception to City of Ordinances.
